As May arrived, so did the annual wave of Advanced Placement (AP) exams. Across the country, high school students put their knowledge to the test in subjects ranging from Calculus and U.S. History to Chemistry and Art.
AP exams, administered by the College Board, offer students the chance to earn college credit while still in high school. But with that opportunity comes pressure. Many students spend months preparing through practice tests, review sessions, and late-night studying. Teachers play a major role, often holding after-school reviews and providing extra resources.
While AP season is challenging, it also reflects students’ dedication and drive. With the exams wrapping up by mid-May, many are looking forward to a well-earned break!
