Junior prom was held on May 15, 2026 at the Grand Marque in Old Bridge for the class of 2027.
Students arrived in the school gym where they were able to take pictures in front of decorative letters spelling out “PROM” and “2027.” From there students took their respective buses to the venue.
The theme for this year’s junior prom was A Night in Paris. The venue was decorated accordingly. Each table had mini Eiffel towers and mini stands for photo booth strips. There were two photo stands set up at the venue where students could take pictures with fun props.
DJ Lampkin kept the crowd excited with music all night long from the “Cha Cha Slide” to “Style” by Taylor Swift. There was a brief break from the dancing for dinner, which included chicken franchise, penne vodka, chicken tenders, fries, salad, steamed vegetables, and more. A bit later ice cream was served for dessert.
If students wanted a change of scenery, they were able to go outside and enjoy the fireplace or take pictures.
Prom Princess and Prince were also crowned and enjoyed a dance. Stephanie Marques and Matthew Wankmueller were this year’s winners.
Junior prom was a major success due to all the staff and prom committee that helped put it together. Students are looking forward to their senior prom next year!
