As Spring approaches and the weather gradually gets warm, Environmental Club is already preparing for the new season.

In their last meeting, which was on February 12th, the members planted tomatoes, peppers, green beans, and peas. In just a week, the plants started to grow due to the proper care given to it.

Just last week, some of the plants had to be moved into larger pots with some even being moved into fish tanks. When the weather starts to get warmer, the club hopes to move the plants to the school’s garden and maybe give the fruits away to the cafeteria or cooking class. Until then, the plants will be receiving full care in Mr. Coleman’s room.

You can help out by joining the club for their future events!
