A Quiet Place is definitely a must-see horror movie. Not only does it keep everyone at the edge of their seats but it’s also sentimental at times. The movie starts off with a family of five who are quietly moving around a store, which did not come as a surprise due to the title of the movie. Everything seems normal until the youngest son’s toy rocket-ship makes a sound which leads to a “monster” coming out of nowhere and stealing the boy, the dad not being able to save him. This can be seen in the trailer which can be found on Youtube. With this event occurring, the storyline moves forward by a few months, now with the family in a house. Once again, they are completely silent. The events that occur afterwards will keep you at the edge of your seat, as if the climax started early. Overall, the movie is mostly a silent one except when needed, which are the very sentimental points of the movie. The stars of this exceptional movie are John Krasinski, Millcent Simmonds, Emily Blunt, and Noah Jupe.

A Quiet Place was released on April 6th and has reached $300 million at the Worldwide Box Office. The rating are as follows: 8/10 by IMDb and 95% and Rotten Tomatoes. Honestly speaking, if you enjoy watching horror movies this might not be what you usually watch. Of course there are points that make you jump out of your seat but in my opinion I was not too scared. I did not have my eyes covered like I have with various other horror movies, but then again the monster was pretty terrifying. Altogether, A Quite Place is a must-see.
