It is almost halfway through the school year and the burnout is real. Seniors especially are anticipating this school year to end. Exams are approaching and semester two is about to begin. Everyone is worried about their GPAs, their extracurriculars, their college decisions — essentially their itinerary.
When will the work end?
All people can think about is what they are going to do over the summer. The anticipation is increasing every day. There is no doubt that people have planned out their summer during the stressful year already.
Senior Arina Lisnychi, travels frequently. She has an adventurous spirit, and is always eager to learn more about the world. She once traveled through Europe in one summer, which was exciting and new for her. This summer she plans on traveling to Niagara Falls with her family.
Another senior, Fernanda Villa Henríquez also has an adventurous spirit. She plans on going down to Florida to enjoy the tropical weather, take a thrilling hiking trip, and visit the beach with friends and family to enjoy the warm atmosphere and cool water.
Personally, I am going to Canada during July to see my family and attend a beautiful wedding. I cannot wait! Hopefully, there will be more exciting plans along the way!
